My other syndications include belonging to the National Association of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, and Austin Board or Realtors; where these affiliations in conjunction with being a local Austin resident have allowed me to have a pervasive understanding and knowledge base of the Austin Real Estate Market, which translates into unparalleled value added to all potential clientele.
In addition to this I have recently become RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certified, as a means to provide the utmost prowess in leveraging the best possible results, when discussing contractual terms of the buying or selling of your property.
My tireless work ethic, empathy, and ability to relate to client challenges, stem from my previous work experience at TDV where I served as a consummate customer service specialist; this competence now leads itself seamlessly into curating a uniquely enriching experience for all potential buyers and sellers .
It was after attending Georgia State University Business school where I realized my passion for Real Estate which served as my motivation to pursue it as a full time career, immersing myself in every facet of the industry, while simultaneously satiating my genuine desire to help people by aiding them in one of the biggest decisions of their life when buying or selling a home. Thus, with all of these culminating factors working together in perfect symbiosis; I will utilize all the skills at my disposal to provide a warm, welcoming, non pressured atmosphere and serve as your advocate throughout the entire buying or selling process; forging a lasting relationship with everyone I am privileged to work with.
I am proud to be a steward of my community, and through my affiliation in various charitable organizations where I donate my time at local animal shelters. I am also deeply involved and extremely passionate about my support of the Cancer and Diabetes foundation, where I regularly donate time and help organize grass roots events for fundraising. Lastly I derive my morals for both life and business alike from my vested foundation in my belief as Christian.
